Argentina Copa America Squad

Argentina is going to Venezuela with clear intentions of winning the Copa America and making up for their failure at the World Cup. When they were eliminated by Germany it was clear they were a cut above everyone else in the world. But as we all know, football is tragedy and it wasn't to be. Wow! This is a world class squad. Good thing the US was distracted by a pesky Canadian squad tonight in the Gold Cup semi-finals (emerging 2-1 winners). And it is even better they have a potential show down with Mexico in the final on Sunday to keep from fretting about their Thursday match against Argentina.

I know it is contradicting myself to say earlier that football is tragedy and then hand the match to Argentina a week before kick off. But it would take quite the artist to muster the creativity required to churn out an American tale of triumph.
